Best R/C Project:
Great Planes Rapture |
| Worst Experience:
Crashing my Eagle! I was flying alone at the field when I
totaled my trainer. It was too windy for me to fly. I really
shouldn't have. I took off, and a cross wind blew me out of
the sky! What a bummer. |
| Best Experience:
Getting to solo and getting to work with Mr. Agar. |
| Why I fly at CCRCS:
I fly here because it's close to my home, and all the people
help, everyone is nice, and everyone is very generous to one
another. |
| My Project/Build List:
I am starting into kits and i eventually want a gas airplane
like a Goldberg Decathlon. Since I have a lot of tail
draggers I wanted some tricycle gear planes like a Great
Planes Learjet, a Carl Goldberg Tiger 60, and a Top Flite
Cessna 182 Skylane. The list extends on, but I'm afraid that
i don't have enough paper to write down that list! |
| My Commentary:
I love to be around people that enjoy flying model planes as
much as I do. I have made many new friends as a result of
the hobby. Especially the Agars. They have helped me so much
throughout my first years of RC Flying and Mr Agar has been
a great instructor/mentor. He's helped me fly, helped me
build, and many other things. And Greg has stood their
flying side by side with me for the last year and a half
coaching me as well. And Mrs. Agar has had great hospitality
and supported me. They are as my parents call them, my
second set of parents! I've also had great support from my
parents, and others such as Randy Boardman, Tom 'O', John
Shirron, and many others. |
