DAVE AGAR'S SCRATCH-BUILD                         CESSNA L-19
My regression into the old days continues!  I have decided to try and scratch-build once again.  I got a set of plans from RCM plans service of an L-19.  I have always had a sweet spot in my heart for the L-19 as I  was around them during my years in the Air Force and Southeast Asia.  I think the L-19 is up in the war bird category because of the missions that it flew and the importance of those missions.
