I first laid down the bottom spar onto the plans and cut it to size.
Then I stuck the ribs on according to the plans and applied thin CA.
I then added the top spar and the trailing and leading edge pieces.

Next I added the sheer-webbing in-between the ribs.
Now I needed to sheet the leading edge, but I had a small problem.
  When I ordered my wood, I ordered several sheet of 1/16 x 4 x 48 to have a
one piece sheet to do the length of the 38 inch wing.  Well, all the
48 inch sheet was damaged in the shipping, so I needed to scab together
two pieces of 1/16 x 4 x 36 to sheet the leading edge on the top and
 bottom.

To do this I overlapped two of the shorter sheets on the work
bench by about 2 inches.  I then marked a straight l line and used my
hand saw to cut the two pieces at a 45 degree angle.
This way I could
butt join the two pieces having more surface to glue to. I wanted more
surface because I knew that I was going to be curving the sheeting around
the leading edge of the wing.

To aid in the bending, I used rubbing alcohol
to soften the wood and then every clamp I could get my hands on
