| I then added the light ply for the trailing edge of the wing and the landing gear and I also added light ply on the bottom of the fuse at the trailing edge to have a mount built in to be able to add floats latter. I found that all I had was ¼-20 nylon screws and these were too big for this smaller plane. |
I checked the local hobby shop and they did not have anything smaller either, so I went to Home Depot and found 10-24 nylon screws to use for the wing, and landing gear. | I then used the motor mount to mark and pre drill the screw holes in the firewall. |
Then it was time to epoxy the firewall to the fuse and add the triangle stock for reinforcement. |
